Switch to a simple X11-style license.

Remove Mem.AddrSpace.alloc_and_map(); a Mappable that allocates
anonymous memory should be used instead.  Later, add a way to
instantiate anonmem mappables with a given set of AllocFlags.

Add AnonMem, and s/get_entry/get_mapping/.

Ignore the build directory.

Fix a couple compiler errors that GCC 4.0 noticed.
